FlexDealer Q1 Tech Updates

Learn more about the key technology updates our developers wrapped in Q1, all designed to help make life a lot easier for our Dealer Partners.

We took advantage of the blustery Q1 winter months to scale important tech updates that will power your dealer websites, inventory, and business goals through Q2 and beyond. Take a look at these 5 exciting recent launches (which are just the tip of the iceberg), and keep your eyes on your inbox for more exciting Flex Tech updates that are all designed to keep things easy for our Dealer Partners.

1. Simplified Incentive Updates

Our developers have been working on additional ways to make installing incentives easier for you. Whether you want them to happen automatically or you want to have some sort of manual intervention, let us know what works best for you, and we'll have you covered.

2. Keeping You In Control Of Your Own Business Data

One of the biggest red flags we hear from prospects who are joining FlexDealer from another provider is that they don't have access to, or they don't have ownership of, any of their Google properties or Facebook accounts. This means that ultimately, you don't own your tracking data - another vendor does.

This is a big no-no here at Flex. Check out this video to learn a few of the ways we're putting control back into our Dealer Partners' hands.

3. New Location-Based Vehicle Search Capabilities

As we onboard more large dealer groups into the FlexDealer ecosystem, one thing our clients have been asking for is location-based targeting. We're excited to announce that in Q1 we were able to deliver on this request!

Our technology can now filter through thousands of pieces of inventory and organize it by location so that customers can search for vehicles on, say, a large automotive group site and view available units closest to their location.

For a real-life demo, check out the 800% Elite Auto Group dealership site, which is powered by our LiftKit Inventory Solutions platform. We'll also be unveiling several large auto group websites in April, so if this is something that speaks to you and your dreams of scaling your dealership, stay tuned!

4. VDP Feature Updates for RV Dealers

We're always thinking of our RV dealer partners! Our recent updates allow you to filter by an even bigger range of exciting RV features, including things like the number of bunks, microwave stoves, convection ovens, various weight classes, and so much more. Simply check off a box and help your customers find exactly what they're looking for.

5. VDP Feature Updates for Car Dealers

We know that vehicles are being designed with more new features than ever before, so we're making it easier for you to talk about them right on your VDPs. We've added filtering tools for things like different transmission types, air brakes, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, lane departure alert systems, and so many more. We're here to help your customers find exactly what they're looking for quickly and easily on your website, so they shop from you and nowhere else.
