Welcome to FlexDealer’s August Office Hours recap! Each month, we host a virtual fireside chat where we discuss important topics that impact both our clients and the automotive industry as a whole. Our goal is for each call to inspire our clients with thoughtful and relevant discourse that can help make a difference at their dealerships. This month, we decided to change things up and provide some transparency into the Flex brain with a special #FlexFam Office Hours call!

Here at Flex, we are marketers but we are also problem solvers. Our goal is to listen to our client partners, learn about your needs, and find solutions that will help you succeed. In this virtual ‘show and share,’ we asked our FlexDealer team members to highlight recent examples where we’ve worked collectively to transform client feedback into huge wins. We’re seeing big wins in Facebook Messenger. Our Campaign Manager shared a recent experience where a client had a huge win while using Facebook Messenger Ads to sell a new truck.

We care about your content. We started off our discussion on content services by highlighting an important statistic: content on social media only lasts for about 24 hours, while the average lifespan of a blog post is closer to 2 years.

Our process is to insert ourselves into the customer experience, imagine how content can break down barriers, and deliver that content in a way that helps your website work hard - even when you’re off the clock.

Our clients are doing amazing things in the community. Automotive is so much more than just moving metal. We’re helping people get to their place of work, we’re bringing families together, we’re getting kids to sports practice, and we’re making people’s lives easier. When we see our client partners involved in their local communities, it reminds us of the big ‘why:’ why do we all do what we do?

Ultimately, we are all using our various platforms to help others. The Flex team is motivated to support our clients as best we can so that they can in turn focus on what they do best to help others. It is essentially one big team effort where everybody wins.

We have one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. We recently had a client who wasn’t happy with the function of a page on their site and had a lot of concerns about how to improve its efficiency. Our teams were able to strategize with the client and completely transform the design of the page to more efficiently generate leads - all within the same day.
