Supporting Dealers With Transparent Data

When Google announced they'd be transitioning from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), we took immediate action to protect our dealer partners and their data by creating GA4 properties for all clients. But what about the countless dealers who don't have somebody in their corner? Or the business owners who don't have the resources to navigate a new Google product? And how could we ensure GA4 wouldn't cause a damaging ripple effect for retail automotive dealers?

These concerns, among others, ultimately led to the creation of the Automotive Standards Council for GA4 (ASCGA4).

Meet The GA4 Automotive Standards Council

The council, headed by industry leader Brian Pasch, has grown to include a collective of like-minded members from the automotive community who believe that dealer data should be fair and accessible. The council operates to influence and maintain a universal groundwork of standards and best practices as Google Analytics 4 is implemented across the industry.

As a founding member of the ASC, FlexDealer has an opportunity to represent the needs of our past, current, and future dealer partners as we navigate a rapidly evolving industry together.
